● I am a Board Director, Vice President of Operations with over a decade of board-level experience in the oilfield and energy services in the exploration & production sectors to major IOCs and NOCs across Asia, Middle East/North Africa, Australia, Americas, and Sub-Saharan Africa in a fortune 500 American multinational energy services business.
● At board level, I use my experience to deliver strategic corporate objectives of revenue growth, maximize returns through market share increase and balance sheet discipline and drive efficiencies while rolling out rapid, common sense and meaningful transformations amidst pressing circumstances and developing the human capital. I do that through the depth of industry and operational know-how, expertise spanning strategy, planning, operations, business development and exemplary execution to plan as well as developmental growth-focused leadership and empathetic listening, coaching, and mentoring.
● Board-level highlights include my experience as Area Vice-President at Halliburton, Board Member at HLS Asia Limited and Luanda International School.
● As Area Vice-President and Geo-market Lead position at Halliburton I doubled the revenues and was accountable for a revenue of $500M. Earlier I provided Strategy, Operational, Sales & Marketing, Product development functions specializing in removing roadblocks relating to outdated systems, retardant cultures, resistance to change, poor deal development, inadequate training, poor stakeholder management and Wasteful P&L spending.
● Finally, I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an International Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain, amongst other numerous studies in business leadership. I am also currently pursuing the FT-NED Diploma program.
