I am a non-executive director with a legal, strategy and commercial background, exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, values-driven leadership style. I am passionate about being part of shaping how Australia's biggest emitters transition to net-zero carbon as quickly and safely as possible. At board level I provide strategic legal, commercial, risk and governance expertise and insights across my sectors of focus - renewables, carbon, ESG, circular economy, sports & media and major projects. I do that by listening hard, and by leveraging my strong attention to detail, industry knowledge and networks to help companies grow sustainably with a focus on improving their social licence to operate. I have experience on or advising boards across my sectors of focus, most recently serving on the board at Frontier Impact Group and Carbon8 Fund Ltd with experience as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. As a graduate of the AICD I have a strong grounding in the strategy, risk and governance processes required for a great board to get the most out of its management team, improving performance while balancing risk.
