Portfolio Career

I am a Board and Committee Member, Managing Director and Senior HR Professional with extensive board level experience and particular expertise in the Logistics & Delivery, Transportation Manufacturing and Not-for-Profit sector. At board level what I do is drive organisational performance. I do that through business process optimisation, HR business partnering, P&L management, change management, strategic planning, performance turnaround and improvement, leadership and team development. Board level highlights include my role as Board Member at AmCham Vietnam. In an executive capacity, I have built a career at UPS for almost two decades holding various senior roles in Asia Pacific Region, Australia, New Zealand and Corporate HQ. I managed the global deployment of the HR Operating Model supported by a full suite of integrated technology systems in my role of Human Capital Transformation Team Lead. I have also established and interpreted HR core processes including performance management, staffing, and salary planning. As the Managing Director for Vietnam, I led the business start-up in emerging markets including Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Previously, I was the HR Operations Manager at OTIS. Finally, I hold an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney.
