Non-Executive Director

I am a Non-Executive Director, Global Head and Managing Director with almost a decade of board level experience and particular expertise in the financial services and not-for-profit sectors. At a board level, I drive strategic business growth by leveraging my extensive knowledge in a variety of fields. In particular, I have a comprehensive grasp of business transformations, stakeholder management, government sales & relationships, customer service, risk management, strategy development & implementation, business processes, project management and team leadership. A board-level highlight is my role as Non-Executive Director at Employee Ownership Australia. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Founder and Director of JGM Advisory Services, a consulting company offering advisory services in the financial services sector. Previously, I have built a thirty-year career at Computershare, holding various Senior Executive positions in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. I have been involved in some of the most significant projects across the company’s history, oversaw some of the largest ever listings in New Zealand and was successful in winning important government contracts. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and am a Graduate of AICD’s Company Directors Course.
