I am an Executive and Non-Executive Director in the Industrial and Technology sectors.
At the board level what I do is drive digital adoption for business growth, through my Technology, Consultancy, and Industrial Transformation experience. I do that by leveraging my knowledge of 10+ years in Technology Strategy, 25+ years in Innovative Technologies, and 30+ years in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations.
My MBA teachings provide a strong foundation across an organisation’s entire operations.
My Executive Board level highlights include Country Board positions for Capgemini and Prolink, and my Non-Executive Board level highlights include Digital Twin Consortium Committee Member at Smart Cities Council Australia & NZ; Advisory Committee Member at RMIT; Faculty Advisory Board Member at the University of Adelaide, and Industry Advisory at the University of Melbourne.
In an Executive capacity, I have assisted organisations to establish a growth strategy, build a business, and understand financial and operational risks associated with pivoting a business and adapting to changing market demands.
I have worked with the Top 100 organisations across various industries to visualise a technology transformation, craft a strategy and execution plan, and articulate how they can accelerate their operational performance, and drive results through new and innovative ways to address traditional operating challenges.
The rapid acceleration of technology requires organisations at a Board and Operational level to consider the impact of technology on their customers, employees, suppliers, and investors. Reviewing a governance framework, risk analysis, and supplier proposals for areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Governance, and Cyber Security, to understand and mitigate risk to the organisation. I have assisted several organisations with the above considerations.
