I am a board and advisory board member, and Digital Business Director with almost a decade of board level experience with particular experience working with Government, Crown, multi-national and large private sector entities. At board level what I do is help organisations thrive. I do that by ensuring a clear distinction is maintained between governance and management of the digital change so that the investment objectives are achieved. Board level highlights include: a board member and director of a niche management consulting business based in New Zealand, multiple government committees, the Information Security and Controls Association (Wellington) and an Advisory Board Member of SRIYA DXI LLC (Chicago, USA), LLC a global benchmark provider of Innovative machine-learning-based products. In an executive capacity I lead Digital business services, Banking, and Insurance businesses through Digital Business Transformation with innovative effective strategies and an outcome focused implementation approach using a delivery track record combined with a preventive risk-balanced approach on initiatives ranging from $5 million to $180 million, and billions in business benefit. I have experience working in organisations aligned with te ao Māori world view and the Treaty of Waitangi. Finally, I have completed the IOD (NZ) Company Directors Course
