Recently appointed to the board of Australian Business Volunteers in 2023 to mentor the CEO to grow the organisation and offer business acumen to ensure sustainability during periods of change. Joined the board as a Non-Executive Director at Peckys Ltd in November, 2020 to offer diversity and expertise, as the only graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). At a time when the board required an injection of a board member that could facilitate growth and governance across acquisitions of group-homes and expansion of services in its community services. Worked closely with CEO during Covid 19 to manage the needs and expectations of clients and staff and guarantee endurance by offering services in client's home. Post Covid, revised strategy proposal that involved the diversification of services, client portfolio, locations of community centres, which resulted in an increase of total clients by 20%, pre Covid.
Also, currently the Managing Director of M Kable Consulting, specialising in offering and implementing strategies for growth and sustainability. Offers services to review, make recommendations and drives strategies across finance, personnel and operational functions for any firm, in any industry. Clients include global forms Deloitte & GLG Insights and Epic Air Pty Ltd, showcasing transferrable skills and application of business acumen across different industries.
From 2009 to 2020 was the Head of Finance and Insurance Operations for Automotive Holdings Group, an ASX200 company with 180 auto dealerships across Australia and revenue of $4B. I was headhunted to crystallise market penetration programs nationally for the Finance and Insurance Division, arresting declining performance and legislative challenges via transformation, innovation, and digitalisation. Managed 300 staff nationally and a P&L of $160M.- Exceeded targets with a 20% over achievement, comprising almost $30M, increasing net profit 35% and productivity 31%, achieving double Deloitte assessed industry benchmarks.
