I am a Chair, Non-Executive, Director, Committee Member and Managing Director with over two decades of board level experience with particular expertise in the Healthcare, Agriculture, Education and Not-for-Profit sectors. At board level what I do is drive business growth. I do that by leveraging my knowledge in strategy development and implementation, planning coordination, stakeholders’ relationship, sales & marketing, penetrating new exporting markets and building high-performing teams. Acknowledged as a leader within the beef seed stock industry I have held multiple Board positions including: Executive Committee Member at the Australian Registered Cattle Breeders Association; President of Ausline Cattle Association and Australian Lowline Cattle Association; Royal Toowoomba Show Stud Beef Cattle Committee Member and Member of Ruminant Genetics Trade Advisory Group. Other Board highlights include: Chair, Kalang Body Corporate and Board of Trustees Member of Ipswich Grammar School. In an executive capacity, I was the Managing Director of Pacific Medical Laboratories and Services. Under my management, the company saw a 15-times turnover increase and an expansion to three locations as the state’s largest independently and privately Practitioner owned Skin Cancer Clinic. Previously as the Owner & Manager of Vitulus Stud, I developed a new breed of cattle that gained international and national recognition and led the company into becoming a leading exporter to over seven countries. Finally, I hold an MBA from Queensland University of Technology and I am a Graduate of AICD’s Company Directors Course. I am a published author and winner of multiple beef seed stock industry related awards.
