I am an experienced Board Director and Advisor, Committee Member, Co-Chair, CEO and CTO with almost two decades of board level experience with particular expertise in the Banking, Energy, Professional Services and Technology sectors. At board level I help drive both organic and in-organic business transformation for growth. I do this by bringing a unique skillset which incorporates Director experience, entrepreneurship and deep knowledge and experience of business transformation leveraging digital and cyber technology. I have demonstrable experience in governing businesses to ensure their business strategies are delivered within an acknowledged and appropriate risk profile. Board level highlights include Board Advisor at HBF Health, Board Advisor at Synergy Energy, Executive Committee Member and Board Advisor at P&N Bank, Committee Member at Western Australian Angel Investors Inc and Director of Birchman Global Board. In an executive capacity, I have recently performed the Chief Transformation Officer role at P&N Bank. Here I led the strategy, innovation, transformation and operations functions with a $50m budget. Previously I was the Co-Founder and Director of Maitha Group, where I developed and delivered growth strategies for start-ups, SMEs and multinational businesses. In particular, I achieved 250% business growth in three years for an industrial SME and sourced $75m in equity capital. Earlier I was a Managing Director and Global CEO at Birchman Group. I co-founded and grew The Birchman Group Asia Pacific from 2 founders to 220 people and $40m in revenue in under 8 years, and as the Global CEO, grew the global Birchman business from $70m, 8 offices and 500 people to $150m in revenue, 14 offices and 900 people within 4 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of WA, hold a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and I am a Graduate of AICD’s Company Directors Course.
