I am a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Committee Member with over a decade of board-level experience with expertise in the Wholesale, Manufacturing, Information Services and Event Management industries. At board level, what I do is drive growth. I do that by leveraging my deep financial, project management, tax and regulatory compliance, operations, and process improvement. I am a proven leader with extensive experience in management and the capacity to drive a capable organisation with high-performing executives and expert staff to deliver community impact. Board level highlights include working with the Board of Futurewood and sitting on numerous Committees at Abbe Group. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Chief Operating Officer at Futurewood, having also served as the Chief Financial Officer. Here I led the restructuring from a B2B to a B2C company; the YoY growth of 10%; and turnover and profit of 25%. Previously, I was a Management Accountant at Abbe Group, where I led the finance team, improved forecasting processes, identified opportunities for cost savings and contributed to improved business performance. Finally, I hold a Master of Professional Accounting from MIT Australia, and I am a CPA and an Accredited Tax Advisor.
