I am a Board Director, CEO, CFO and Managing Director with board level experience with particular expertise in the Marine, Oil & Gas, Civil Engineering and Banking sectors. At board level what I do is contribute to sustainable business growth. I do that by leveraging my knowledge in risk mapping and mitigation, operational efficiency, financial management, strategy development and implementation, change management, assuring health & safety through strong process, accountability, and behavioural change and building highly-performing teams. Board level highlights include working with the Board of Shelf Subsea and holding Directorships for TSMarine’s Australian and Singaporean entities and prior to that I held Director roles in the UK. In an executive capacity, I am currently the CEO of Shelf Subsea. Here I manage Australian and South East Asian group entities, reached record earnings amounting to $150m in 12 months, led the expansion into Malaysia and Indonesia and expanded the vessels fleet to increase revenue. Previously I was the Regional Director at Fugro Subsea covering the Asia Pacific Region and the Managing Director of Fugro Holdings Australia. I drove the global strategy for the organisation along with the Executive Leadership Team, won a major contract with Shell Malaysia resulting in a new Miri office of 13 people, secured the largest ever single contract for Fugro globally valued at $220M and restructured the regional organisation for increased efficiency. Earlier, as the Finance Director of TSMarine I developed the company growth strategy, led the expansion into Malaysia and the UK and facilitated the sale of the business to Fugro within 18 months of concluding LBO. Finally, I hold a Masters of Organisational Systems from Monash University.
