I am a Board and Committee Member, with twenty plus years of CIO and COO, board and executive level experience with particular expertise in the Technology, Operations, in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors. At board level what I do is drive technological change for business growth. I do that by leveraging my people leadership and relationship building skills along with knowledge and experience in the following fields, (i) large-scale IT management, (ii) vendor & outsource management, (iii) organisational and transformational change, (iv) strategic planning, and (v) information and cyber security. Board level highlights include: Board Member at Marco Polo Network; Management Committee and Financial Services Global IT Steering Committee Member at Toyota Financial Services. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Transformation Advisor & Chief Information Officer at Ignition Advice. Here I am responsible for re-defining the Global Operating Model, and directly managing the Product, Technology, Delivery and Operations functions, I am also advising the CEO on operational improvements and scaling models. Previously I was the Chief Network Officer and Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director, Ireland at Marco Polo Network. I grew the office locations from 1 to 6, incorporated legal entities and increased staff numbers from 15 to over 100, lead role in investment transactions Series A and B and negotiated strategic agreements. Earlier I was the Chief Information Officer, Australia and Asia Pacific at Toyota Financial Services, where I acted as a key IT executive within the Asia Pacific Region and led the delivery of TFS’s largest business and IT transformation project valued at $32M. Finally, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and have attended the Disney Institute in Anaheim USA where I completed the Customer Excellence Program.
