I am a Non Executive Director, Company Secretary, Chair, General Counsel and CEO with two decades of board level experience with particular expertise in the Entrepreneurial, Technology, Education, Telecommunication and Not-for-Profit sectors. At board level what I do is drive corporate growth. I do that by leveraging my knowledge in legal, compliance, ethics, regulatory and government affairs; strategy development and implementation; privacy & data protection; innovation; risk and change management. Board and advisory highlights include Non Executive Director, Finance, Audit & Risk Committee Member at both SMART Recovery International and SMART Recovery Australia; Board Chair at Human Nature Adventure Therapy; Global Human Rights Committee APAC Leader and Regional General Counsel at Yahoo, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Orange Business Service and Director and General Counsel at Wizy an enterprise SAAS provider. In an executive capacity, I am currently a Principal and Managing Director leading Beachfront Consulting, a multi-disciplinary consulting practice serving interim executive leadership and high-impact projects. Previously I was a Head of Legal and Compliance at Only About Children where I managed the acquisition and integration of over 40 businesses and was responsible for capital raising, risk management, commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Earlier, as Founder and CEO, I built Radiant a social enterprise digital mental health startup. Finally, I hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University, an eMBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Ecole du Management in Lyon, France, and I am a Chartered Company Secretary and Fellow of the Governance Institute.
