Director - Founder

I am a Non Executive, Managing Director and CEO with board level experience and particular expertise in the Healthcare, Recruitment, Retail and Event Management industries. At board level what I do is drive business growth. I do that by leveraging my knowledge in financial management, business strategy development, risks mapping and mitigation, HR management, setting up and growing start-up companies. Board level highlights include my role as Non Executive Director and Board Member at Umbrella Health. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Co-Founder of Feeling Better (Telehealth Psychology) and Managing Director at Aldea Consulting (Healthcare Consulting), start-up companies providing solutions to Healthcare operators and the general public, which I grew from scratch into multimillion dollar high-quality service providers. In addition, I am the Founder & Director of Across the Bay Event, a professional event management company dedicated to raise significant funds for worthy causes through water sport challenges. Previously I was the Director of Calzados Aldea a family footwear company where I led financial and HR management. Earlier, I was the National Head of Physiotherapy and Allied Health at Primary Health Care. Here I supported over 150 Health professionals, took care of all business development initiative and delivered education initiatives and mentoring programs. Finally, I hold Physiotherapist Certificate from the Australian Physiotherapy Council and Universidad Catolica del Maule.
