I am a Board Member, Chair and CEO with over ten years of board-level experience with particular expertise in the clean tech, financial services & payments, professional services, retail and technology industries.
At board level, what I do is drive business growth and profitability. I do that by leveraging my comprehensive knowledge in strategy development, merger & acquisition, international growth, operational excellence, sales transformation, and CRM and ERP systems implementation. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Director, Global Sales Transformation at Ingenico Group. Here I guide a global transformation of a company’s sales operations, including implementing a Sales Excellence program and a Sales Incentive Plan. Previously I was the Executive Director, Europe Sales & Operations and the Managing Director UK & Ireland, at Visa. I held P&L responsibility for a $1.1B business and led Client Engagement through major regulatory changes and Brexit.
Earlier I was the CEO of Nubian Water Systems. Under my management, the company obtained ISO9001 & OHS4801 accreditations, increased its revenue, and upgraded its market positioning.
Finally, I hold a Diploma Training Management and completed the AICD’s Company Directors’ Course.
