Board Director

I am a Board and Committee Member and Board Advisor with over ten years of board level experience with particular expertise across the Government, Health Care, Education, Consulting and Finance sectors within not-for-profit and private entities. At board level what I do is lead organisational transformation following regulatory change, political strategy, or alignment. I do that by applying my knowledge in probity, risk, asset & property performance, major outsourcing, and digital transformation. Board level highlights include: Board Director at Fernlea Care Inc and Committee Member at MCMPA; and Regional Committee Member at Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Director of Asset Services, Medical Engineering & Emergency at Austin Health Group. Here I implement a digital transformation program, structure risk and controls into technology solutions and manage the performance of all building and biomedical assets valued at $1.4B. Previously I was the Founder & Lead Consultant at Triskelion Solutions, where I led an organisation-wide transformation of procurement technology & customer engagement at NAB; developed digital transformation for Client Accounts to access organisation services for Cushman & Wakefield; managed the supply chain divestiture into 4 independent entities valued at $2B per year for GE Capital. Finally, I am currently pursuing my PhD in Property Management, and am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
