I am a Non Executive Director, Finance & Audit Committees Member, Strategy Director and Growth and M&A professional with twenty years of executive and board level experience. At board level what I do is drive sustainable growth. I do that by applying my comprehensive knowledge in optimising operations, new business models, leading strategy development and implementation. Board level highlights include my Non-Executive positions at Manningham City Council, Manningham Youth & Family Services, Doncare, Manningham Recreation Association; Audit, Finance, Organisational Development Committees Member at Manningham City Council and Executive Team Strategy and Development Sub-Committee Member at Bupa. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Director and Founder of Visual Futurist. As a Strategy Director APAC at Bupa I was responsible for APAC strategic planning and growth, developing the transformation program execution governance and reviews delivering $300M in EBIT growth opportunities. Previously I was the Senior Manager Growth Strategy / M&A at Monitor Deloitte. Earlier I was the Business Development Manager at GSK, where I held in-licensed $30M portfolio P&L accountability. Finally, I hold an MBA from the University of Melbourne Business School and I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
