Commencing my career at Rothschilds, i have worked in finance industry in excess of decades. I ensure governance and regulatory compliance is met at Board level. I do that utilising decades of experience working with the executive and boards to improve their reports for auditing, compliance and regulatory purposes. More specifically, I bring synthesised approach in all knowledge management areas including Group Policy and IFRS Interpretation. Further, as an Associate Director in Regulatory and Statutory Affairs, I developed a working relationship with the business and the Regulators being APRA and ASIC. Finally, I have an MA from Macquarie University and a Public Practice Certificate from CPA Australia.
