Non-Executive Director

I am a Non-Executive Director, Board Advisory, business owner and CFO with nearly twenty years of board level experience across the wholesale foodservice and liquor industries. At board level I drive business growth by applying my expertise in finance and compliance, governance, risk, HR, strategy and IT. Board level highlights include my role as Non-Executive Director and Chair at Midwest Foods & Liquor and Executive Director at Midwest Property Trust. Within these roles I have overseen the strategic purchase of three businesses including pre-acquisition due diligence, the purchase of three commercial properties, major building renovations and the purpose build of a cold store and wholesale distribution warehouse, each having an important strategic impact on both companies’ growth. Previously I was the Managing Director at Midwest Foods & Liquor contributing to the significant increase in cash flow, net profit and equity whilst leading the financial reporting, process and system of internal controls and compliance. I have a Bachelor of Commerce from Newcastle University; I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course and a Fellow CPA.
