Soulla Nicodimou

I have been working on and with boards as an Advisor, Committee Member, Treasurer, digital transformation Project/Program Manager and finance professional for over 20 years with particular expertise in the not for profit and resources industry.
At board level, I drive operational performance and unlock new growth opportunities. I do this by establishing governance structures, evaluating and managing risk in disruptive environments such as Covid-19 and engaging stakeholders, suppliers and project teams through collective decision making.
In an executive capacity, I have held finance positions including CFO and business advisor to a newly created company. More recently I was entrusted to lead bp Australia’s two strategic digital transformation programs, BP Rewards (Loyalty Program) and BPme app. BP Rewards achieved 1 million members in just 7 months with members having earned more than 800 million BP Points and Qantas Points, and redeemed over $1.5 million worth of fuel and in-store purchases at more than 1,100 bp stores.
I have also worked in utilities, education, banking, professional services, IT, finance, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Finally, I have a Bachelor Economics, majoring in Accounting, I am a CPA and have commenced the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
