First appointed to serve as a director in 1992, awarded Fellow of AICD in 2005. Board experience as a non-executive director, Board and committee chair serving on the boards of the government, building and construction industry national associations, private sector subsidiaries, joint venture companies and family owned businesses.
Currently serving on two government health boards at Albury Wodonga and Cohuna. Career board roles include serving on the Mildura Hospital, FPA, CPAA, CMAA and Metromix (JV of Holcim and Hanson) boards.
A senior executive career that spans over thirty years in construction, building and infrastructure markets across Australia and New Zealand, with senior executive roles at national and regional levels with ASX listed CSR, Brickworks and Mawsons (50% owned by ASX listed Adbri Limited). USA based Koppers Inc., Jeld Wen and Rinker (now Holcim).
Stakeholders across health, telecommunications, energy, housing, commercial, road, rail and mining sectors have ranged from Federal, State and Local government business enterprises, ASX listed multinationals, private equity and privately owned family companies.
