I am a company founder, CEO and legal counsel with over 20 years board level experience and a background in technology, innovation and digital transformation. I have a particular expertise in governance, risk, compliance and policy (GRC&P) management consulting. As a board member I bring decades of experience in strategy development and execution as well as a unique skill set in designing technology enabled governance and management systems that establish the platform organisations require for rapid and sustainable growth. In an executive capacity I was Co-Founder & CEO of CompliSpace. Here I achieved Annual Compound Growth Rates of recurring revenue of 44% from FY16 to FY21F with 73% of revenue derived from annual SaaS subscriptions. I successfully exited the company through a Private Equity sale in late 2020. I have worked across a wide range of industries including financial and professional services, information technology, biotech, agriculture, resources, education and aged care, as well as the broader not for profit sector.
