I am a Board Trustee, Director and CEO with over 20 years of board-level experience with particular expertise in the financial services, technology and telecommunications industries. At board level I drive growth and support transformations. I do this by developing and guiding the implementation of sales-focused strategies and harnessing cloud solutions to enhance customer experience. Board level highlights include: Trustee at Summit Master Trust and Director at AXA subsidiary boards. In an executive capacity, I lead Regional Sales for A/NZ at Avaya. Here I reduced customer operating costs by >30% while increasing Avaya’s penetration by 50% for a global bank. Previously I was FSI Business Development at Cisco, where I developed medium-term business opportunities in the ASEAN Financial Services market and acted as SME in Financial Services for Enterprise sales. Earlier I was Chief Marketing and Operations Officer at Bharti AXA Life Insurance (India) and CEO at Tynan Mackenzie. Finally, I have an MBA, have completed the AICD’s Company Directors and Company Directors Advanced Courses and INSEAD’s Asian Executives Course (Shanghai).
