Board Member & Chair

I am a Board Member, Chair, Committee Member, General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 10 years board level experience across the private and public sectors with particular experience in the telecommunications, finance and property development and legal industries. At board level what I do is use my experience of leading and completing numerous cross-border M&A transactions involving a wide range of businesses in different regions including the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific to grow businesses and improve governance. Board level highlights include: Chairman / Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at a Germany-listed company, namely Gigaset AG and Board Member at two Hong Kong-listed companies, namely Goldin Financial Holdings Limited and Goldin Properties Holdings Limited. In an executive capacity, I am the Founder and Director of my own consultancy firm, namely LFH Consultancy Company Limited. Before that, I was Executive Director and General Counsel at Goldin Group. Here I sat on the boards of two Hong Kong-listed companies as Executive Director while concurrently took up the executive role as General Counsel of the entire Goldin group. Previously I was Special Counsel and Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie. Earlier I was Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Winsor Properties Holdings Limited (now Vanke Property (Overseas) Limited) and Winsor Industrial Corporation Limited respectively. Finally, I have a Bachelor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. I am also a graduate of the Stanford University Senior Executive Leadership Program.
