I am a Chairman, Non Executive Director & Corporate Advisor with over 20 years board level experience across the private sector with particular experience in the financial, private equity, accounting and banking industries. At board level what I do is drive business growth and shareholder returns. I have a keen eye for detail and am able to quickly assess and review new opportunities to see if they fit within the strategic plan of the business. I do this leveraging decades of corporate and listing advisory experience. Board level highlights include: Chairman at Switchcubes Ltd where I expect to l deliver a 1,400% increase in shareholder value; Chairman at OAMPS Limited (ASX) - At the time, the largest listed Insurance broker in Australia and; Chairman at Streamark I delivered around 500% shareholder returns and Health Communication Network. I have also held multiple Remuneration; Audit and Governance Committees appointments. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors, hold an MBA in Banking and Finance at Distinction and High Distinction level and am currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Leadership. I have sat on dozens of public and private companies boards.
