I am a Board Member, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years board level experience with particular experience in the banking, AgTech and retail industries. At board level what I do is drive financial improvements and strategic direction. I do that by leveraging decades of experience as a finance professional for both listed and private companies across multiple industries and countries. Board level highlights include: Executive Board Member at Green Camel, Board Member at Beyond Bank Australia and Member of the AOL Horticulture Advisory Committee. In an executive capacity I am currently COO at Green Camel. Here I have led and developed the team to deliver a 70% increase in profitability. In addition, I have created a new company that is poised to monetise the IP developed in Green Camel, which I will lead as CEO. Previously I was a CFO & Company Secretary at the same company, where I achieved a sales growth of 292% from 2015, driven by offtake arrangements negotiated for the new facility into major retailers. Earlier I held various leadership, commercial and finance roles at Woolworths Limited. Finally, I have a Master of Business Administration and I’m a Certified Practising Accountant.
