I am a Chair, Director, Secretary, Committee Member & Commercial Finance Manager with over a decade of board-level and executive experience, with particular experience in the industries of Information Technology & Services, Property Management, Education, Manufacturing, Vegetation Management, Entertainment and Sport industries. At board level what I do is set strategic plans to drive business growth whilst mitigating potential risks. I do that by using my financial reporting and analysis skills to identify, understand and question the drivers of key performance metrics. I have increased profitability in ARQ Group Ltd by $83k per month, in Active Tree Services Pty Ltd by $300k, in TP3 Pty Ltd by $9k per month and in Albright & Wilson (Aust) Ltd by $70k. Board level highlights include: Chairperson & Committee Member at Strata Plan 62713 (11 Units) and Committee Member at Macquarie University Cricket Club. In an executive capacity I am currently Group Accountant & Business Partner at Envato Pty Ltd. Previously I was a Finance Business Partner at ARQ Group Ltd where I maximised the cloud business margin by $83k p/m. Earlier, I counselled a blockchain start-up company (KPR Medical Solutions Pty Ltd), aligning vision to commercialising strategy and helping other co-founders with finance, legal, risk, marketing, sales and operation business functions. Finally, I am a qualified Certified Practising Accountant and have a Master of Business Administration.
