I am a Non-Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer with almost a decade of board level experience across the private and not-for-profit sectors with particular experience in the accounting, construction, management consulting and financial services industries. At board level what I do is drive financial improvements. I do that by ensuring the strategy of a business is supported by improved performance of its operations. Board level highlights include: Non Executive Director and Treasurer of Homebush Financial Services Limited. Here I implemented structured board reporting and an improvement in controls for the banks reporting function. In an executive capacity I am currently Chief Financial Officer at White Funds Management. Here I manage the compliance of 5 portfolios – including an ASX listed fund. Previously I was a Financial Consultant at Harbison Memorial Retirement Village Limited, where I was engaged to complete a review of Harbison’s internal controls and processes across the finance and operations functions – across both systems and team. Earlier I was Founder and Director at Build on Bookkeeping - servicing hundreds of clients across multiple industries and reporting countries. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Business, I am a Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. I have also graduated from the AICD’s Company Director Course. I am personally passionate about supporting women in their personal and professional capacities.
