Non Executive Director

I am a Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board, Committee Chair and Consultant with over 25 years board level experience across private and not-profit sectors, with experience in the governance, strategy, digital, education, construction, defence, management consulting, chemical and consumer goods industries. At board level I grow businesses by driving improvements in strategy, governance and communication and negotiations. Board level highlights include: Non-Executive Director at Acknowledge Education, Advisory Board at DB Results and Thomas & Coffey, Chairman of several Global Market Direction Teams at Henkel and Chairman of the AICD’s Education Review Committee. In an executive capacity I am currently the Founder and Principal Consultant at Pathfinders Downunder where I provide know-how to engage and manage stakeholders, to implement change, build collaborative alliances, and identify business model improvements and execute contract negotiations including mergers and acquisitions. Earlier I held various C-level positions with Henkel KGaA, including an Executive Board role. Here I was responsible for coordinating the implementation of a shared service organisation and the Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager for Australia/NZ. Also I was an Examination Paper Assessment Task Reviewer at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Finally, I am Fellow of the AICD & AMI, an Accredited Mediator, Certified Practicing Marketer and have completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
