I am an experienced chair and non-executive director for high profile, complex NFP organisations, and am looking for board appointments to both commercial and NFP boards, with a focus on the health sector. My expertise is in leading and managing change strategically, in crises and during periods of opportunity for growth, through best practice governance.
I am an experienced private sector lawyer: a civil litigator and highly organised multitasker, adept at managing hundreds of cases and clients at any one time. I am a natural connector and leader. My team has delivered strong value to the firm and my clients. I am known for my intellect, efficiency and commitment.
As a successful board-level professional, I have led on organisational strategy, governance reform, CEO recruitment, organisational restructures, project strategy, stakeholder management, cultural change work and risk management.

I worked in the higher and vocational education sector in Asia (India). I taught business law and financial management to MBA students. I published on how Australian educational institutions can engage more effectively internationally.
