With thirty years’ experience as a leader, fifteen of those in the energy industry with five years’ as a Director of a proprietary company, Grahame brings a forward-looking vision, strong leadership, extensive change management, commercial acumen, knowledge of governance and risk management, resources and energy operations experience Grahame’s experience and reputation are as a practical, commercially astute, collaborative leader with a clear vision of the ‘end-game’. He excels when working in complex, multi-party environments where the ability to see the bigger picture provides a unique perspective on opportunities. Industry Experience • Five years’ experience as a Director of EIM Pty Ltd, a competitive and profitable gas pipeline operations and maintenance company. • Extensive industry experience as a General Manager with Arrow Energy Pty Ltd, developing reserves and operating a gas business located in central Queensland, with key industrial customers in central and north Queensland. • Passionate about achieving successful outcomes through contributing as a Board Member with proven expertise in governance, communication, development, negotiation and strategic planning across resources, energy and O&M services industries.
