I am a Non-Executive, Director, Board and Committee Member and Global Marketing Director with over twenty years of board-level experience across the commercial and not for profit sectors with particular experience working in food and beverage, household, personal care and pharmaceutical industries.
Board level highlights include: Non-Executive Director of Sports Dietitians Australia and previously a Non-Executive Director of Dairy Innovation Australia and a Director for the Berri Indosari JV (Indonesia). I also serve as a Marketing and Ethics Committee Member with Consumer Healthcare Products Australia.
In an executive capacity I am currently the Founder and Director of Percolate - developing executive strategies to drive marketing, product development, company growth and innovation. Previously as an Executive with National Foods I led marketing, innovation, grocery sales and international business development. I also led the acquisition and integration of Dairy Farmers, growing revenue to $3B and renegotiated deals with Woolworth and Yoplait, delivering $8M and $28M EBIT per annum and over $200M in company value. Earlier, I was the Global Marketing Director and Global Category Director for the Fonterra Co-operative Group.
Finally, I have a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate Diploma in Business attended Executive Leadership courses at INSEAD, France and have completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
