I am a Board, Committee Member and CEO with over a decade of board level experience across Not for Profit, Government and Private Industry sectors with experience in agriculture and rural communities, specialising in member groups and industry associations. Board level highlights include: Board Member of Veterinary Surgeons Board of South Australia, Deputy Chair and Committee Member of Ag Excellence Alliance and Founding Committee Member of Padthaway Flood Irrigators. In an executive capacity I am currently owner and manager of the McElroy Family Trust, a successful mixed family farming business and am currently contracted as Senior Executive Officer of the Australian Fertiliser Services Association where I have responsibility for all communications, strategic planning, governance, relationship and event management. Previously as Executive Officer with Mackillop Farm Management Group I developed and implemented strategies to oversee projects and their management as well as being responsible for their tendering, contracting and member/sponsor relationship management. Finally, I have graduated from the Australian Rural Leadership Programme which included the completion of the Graduate Certificate in Australian Rural Leadership. I am also a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
