I am a Committee Member, Director, Management Consultant, and Corporate Facilitator with over thirty years board level experience with particular experience in the finance, engineering healthcare, and professional services industries. At board level highlights include: Chairman of an owners corporation where I influenced a stagnant committee to begin to take action to fulfill their legal and ethical responsibilities and positions on three academic committee’s at Sydney university in the school of psychology. In an executive capacity I am currently Director of Metta Consulting - Management consultant, leadership trainer and executive coach. Here I have consulting clients including leading Australian and international organisations in the health care, financial services, technology and communications, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors, as well as professional service firms. Finally, I have a PhD from Macquarie University and a Master of Human Resource Management, and a Master of Business Administration. My current research work involves the validation of an assessment tool to guide the development of mindful boards and wise decision making. This background enables me to contribute to the Boards capacity to monitor and improve their collective decision making and organisational engagement.
