I am a Committee Chair, CEO, CFO, and COO with over five years board level experience across the private sector with particular experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industries. At board level, I was a key member in the Steering Committee for the listing of Astro All Asia Networks plc on the Bursa Malaysia Main Board in ASEAN’s largest IPO (2003 : RM2B/ $700M), and at Maxis, I was the Chair of the Steering Committee which negotiated, and implemented ASEAN’s first 3G RAN Sharing arrangement in 2012, bringing in revenue of RM200M/$70M per annum at 90% margin for 10 years. In executive capacity, I am currently running a CPA Australia public practice which aims to bring sustainable growth to SMEs, and a cyber security awareness company which aims to build cyber resilience amongst Australian organisations. Just prior, I was the CFO & COO at Q1 Group, where I developed a plan to deliver a 50% increase in sales/ 30% increase in client base, and made savings in indirect costs of $75-100K per month. Previously, I have been the CEO & CFO at Ozstaff Holdings (where I oversaw strategy, sales and financial management), and Head of Wholesale at Maxis (where I drove business development, and established and maintained all governance, internal control and risk management processes and procedures). Finally, I hold a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), and am a CFA Charterholder and CPA Australia Member.
