I am a Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer with almost twenty years board level experience across the private sector in the professional services industry servicing the Consumer Products, Agri-Food and Healthcare Sector. At board level highlights include over 15 Directorships of BSI subsidiaries in 13 Countries. In these roles I drove growth strategies, which doubled revenue with 500% increase in EBIT and exceeded market growth by two-fold, improved sales and marketing ROI by 30%, led acquisition which accelerated new investments in the Food and Healthcare sector. In an executive capacity I am currently Managing Director – Global Food and Retail Supply Chain at British Standards Institution covering 38 key countries. Previously I was VP Supplier Management at Intertek, CEO of Beta Nutrition, VP Consumer Products Inspections and Supply Chain Services at Bureau Veritas and Country Manager and Global Food Product Manager with SGS. In all my director roles I drove the Asia Pacific governance agenda associate with Antibribery, Modern Slavery, Integrity, Gender diversity, CSR, employee engagement and wellbeing programs leading to organizational culture transformation needed for today’s listed TIC sector and modern-day organizations and supply chains. I have a Bachelor of Business (Agribusiness) from Curtin University of Technology and am trained on numerous International ISO Standards relating to Organizational Resilience and Sustainability.
