A board member, president/chair, treasurer, international stockbroker, business development manager for global investment managers and financial adviser. I have a decade of board experience across the Not-For-Profit sector with particular experience in the community and disability sectors. Highlights include: President and Treasurer of Parkinson’s Australia, Chairman of the Advocacy Committee, Chairman of the Risk Committee, Member of the Appointments Committee. At Parkinson’s Australia I led the reintegration of Parkinson’s New South Wales to the national body. I have also been Treasurer and a Board Member of RecFishSA and I am presently a Member of the Finance and Governance Committees for Guide Dogs SA&NT. In an executive capacity I have provided expert financial and investment advice to private clients, charities, investment managers and institutional super funds. As the Director of Paul Davies & Associates I led the business development of Lloyd George Management and J O Hambro Capital Management with large Australian superannuation funds such as AustralianSuper, CBus and HESTA. Finally, I have a Masters of Applied Finance and Investment and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Economics. I have also graduated from the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
