I am an experienced corporate leader and executive, change facilitator, company director, governance specialist, commercial lawyer and chartered company secretary. I have diverse experience in board, executive leadership, management, legal and law enforcement roles within State and Federal Government, private and publicly listed companies and not-for-profit organisations, operating in Australia and various jurisdictions around the world. I have guided and assisted businesses in retail, education, hospitality, music industry, transport, mining, agribusiness, marine, health services, heavy industry, mining equipment, renewal energies and oil & gas.
Over the last 15 years, through an open, supportive and hands-on approach, I have been able to inspire people and help organisations to look at traditional and unique ways to create real opportunities for growth and to value add. I am able to mentor and facilitate people, multifaceted teams and organisations in the application and delivery of outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner, whilst creating open communication channels and accountability with key stakeholders. Further, I help people and organisations to implement strategies and processes to identify and mitigate the potential of financial, governance, compliance and legal risks.
This approach allows me to create, restructure and guide people and organisations, through the challenging process of strategic planning, effective leadership and management of the organisation and its people. Additionally, my active support encourages people and organisations in achieving their numerous short-term and long-term strategic goals, including a genuine focus on wealth or value creation and continuing organisational sustainability.
