Non Executive Director

I am a Non Executive Director, Board Member, Shareholder and Managing Director with over thirty years of executive and board level experience across the commercial & not for profit sectors with particular experience in the fashion, apparel and retail industries, globally. At board level some highlights include being a current Non Executive Director with Preventure, where I provide strategic development advice to a wearable technology startup business and a Non Executive Director of Thread Together, a not-for profit organisation. I am also on the Strategic Advisory Board of L Catterton Asia Fund 3 and was the Vice Chairman of Swimwear Holdings (An L Catterton Asia owned Business). In an executive capacity I am the Managing Director of Halas Investments where I am leading strategic development and managing the investment portfolio. I was the CEO and major shareholder of Seafolly, where I led the growth of the business from $6M to over $150M, positioning the company as the dominant swimwear brand in Australia as well as in over 40 countries. Under my management, Seafolly was acquired by the world's largest consumer goods PE firm – L Catterton. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Commerce and have completed the AICD Directors Course.
