Kerry Corke
Principal
Over a 35 year career I have had experience in the development of, and in ensuring compliance with, all manner of rules ranging from sporting organisation by-laws to Acts of Parliament.
In particular, I have 20 years experience as the Principal of a Public Law Consultancy providing advice to industry associations, not for profit organisations, government agencies and commercial operations on the development of rules, laws, policy and legislative proposals for the consideration of governments and parliaments.
I would be able to provide strategic input in relation for any business or sporting organisation or industry association which has:
• high exposure to regulatory risk;
• specific obligations relating to the operation of occupation licensing and/or OH&S laws; or
• responsibility to oversee disciplinary processes.
Finally, in a government context I would be able to provide expertise to government boards involved in the development of, and subsequent monitoring of, legislative or administrative schemes for which it has responsibility.
