As a NED with over 20 years of global and local Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, my specialities include Strategy, organisational development, IR/ER, Transformation, Organisational Culture, Compliance, Remuneration, Nomination and general Human Resources.
An Adjunct Professor at Deakin University’s MBA program, a Graduate of Harvard Kennedy School Executive Program, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR). My PhD is focused on Strategic Thinking and Strategy Implementation by Western companies operating in China and I am the author of “The Ethical Kaleidoscope: Values, Ethics, and Corporate Governance” (with Doug Long), 2017, Routledge Publishing, UK- a book about the role for boards in corporate ethics.
Relevant Board portfolio includes Chairwoman and Company Secretary of SPELD Vic, where I worked closely with the Education Department and hence I am experienced in working with and being accountable to ministerial offices. I was also a council member at Mount Scopus and a member of the Nomination Committee at Bialik College. Currently, I am a member of Standards Australia AI ethics, bias, risk management and governance committees.
