Tammy Atkins

Non Executive Director

I have a career interest in regional policy and economic development, and experience working with all three tiers of government. My governance experience ranges from small community groups through to government boards. I am currently deputy chair of Wodonga TAFE, and a director of Goulburn Valley Water. I am a former elected Councillor for the Rural City of Wangaratta (Victoria), a founding member of democracy movement Voices For Indi and have held board positions with the Victorian Government's North East Catchment Management Authority and Winton Wetlands Committee of Management. I help clients build and grow their ideas. I'm a communicator and business owner, and I spend much of my day helping clients apply business and finance skills to solve social and community challenges. I draw on my background working with government, industry and community to turn possibilities into projects by engaging and connecting people, facilitating meetings and training, and by writing complex grants and business cases. Current financial member of IAP2 Australasia.
