I am an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chairman and CEO with over 10 years of board level experience with particular expertise working with clients across manufacturing, processing, distribution, agriculture, retail, professional & business services sectors. I have been and Owner & CEO of 3 x fast-growth companies (Bonel Industries, Mehar Imports & EBS). At board level what I do is drive business growth. I do that by leveraging my practical experience and knowledge in strategy development, execution planning process, business systems development, sales process engineering, marketing strategies & implementation, production & operations improvement, corporate governance and turnaround management. Board highlights include: Chairman roles at Bio Nutrient Solutions, Deakin KM/Totallearn, A.J. Parkes and Non-Executive Director at Bonel Industries and Beresfords Financial Services. In an executive capacity, I am currently the CEO & Founder of Strategy & Execution Advisors. Here, for over two decades, I have been working with enterprises in various industries in the areas of strategic planning and execution, marketing strategies, business development, and operational improvement. In addition, I also serve as an Associate Director at Board Director Network, a company providing an alternative channel for organisations looking to enhance their Board with experienced Directors. Previously as the Director of EBS (E-Myth) & Fast100 Growth Coaching I advised fast growing companies to transform their business. Finally, I hold a Bachelor in Engineering and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
