I have over 14 years experience as a global risk, governance & sustainability executive. I have 12 years experience as the GM of Risk & Sustainability for the Cotton On Group, reporting directly to the board, I was responsible for the design of the enterprise risk management system globally ( 18 Countries ) I have led large diverse teams, and have been a member of audit & risk committee and ethics & sustainability committee. I have proven experience implementing governance and oversight mechanisms that aligned to the companies vision and strategy during rapid expansion. $90M to $2.3B. I believe I can add significant value to a board who is requiring a risk and governance leader who has commercial acumen, committee experience and a deep understanding/experience imbedding risk management into complex rapidly growing organisations.
