I am a strategy implementation advisor, entrepreneur and company Director with a passion for sustainable change and business transformation. I work with senior executives of transformation, modernisation and organisational change programs and help C-level executives plan for and deliver strategy. I bring critical skills in the governance; commercial acumen; an extensive international network; presentation, representation and speaking skills; an appetite for change; and a significant track record working closely and negotiating with senior executives across many industry sectors. I also bring technical expertise in: • Strategy development and implementation • Marketing and product development • Government procurement and tendering • Information technology and systems • Industry certification, professional standards and competency-based assessment I have over 12 years' experience on Boards and Board Committees in not-for-profit peak bodies, have been a Company Director for four domestic and one international company and have held Board Committee and governance roles in sporting bodies. I am a Certified Advisory Board Chair and an AICD qualified Director and Chair. I am seeking volunteer governance board roles in not-for-profit professional bodies, youth development or sustainability-focussed bodies; and paid advisory or governance board roles in unlisted professional services, engineering, construction and technology businesses.
