I am a Vice President of a multinational organisation and have over twenty years of executive and board level experience in the non-profit and commercial sectors. I have domestic and international experience in technology, sugar manufacturing, and professional services. I am aware of, and respond to, the cultural nuances of international work. My current role is Regional Vice President, Uttam Group. My core responsibility is to lead business development activities throughout South East Asia. As Principal, HRL Technology, I led the company’s move into the Australian sugar industry. As Chief Executive, Sugar Research Institute, I worked with the Board to design and implement strategies that increased revenue by 23% year-on-year. I led a restructuring of the business to improve efficiency and compliance. As Sole Director, Stratify, I provided expert web development and optimisation consulting advice to companies. I hold a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Engineering and have graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. I was a finalist in the ‘Leadership’ and ‘Outstanding Business Person of the Year’ individual Sunshine Coast Business Awards in 2015.
