I am a highly experienced, values based, data driven skilled senior leader. I am a past State minister for Disabilities, Mental Health and Substance Abuse with over 20 years of executive and board level experience in the areas of mental health, NDIS disability transformation and service delivery reform, veterans affairs, defence industries, ageing and health across the government, commercial and not for profit sector. I led the transition of state based disability services into the NDIS including mitigating the complex risk associated with this transformation across a number of remote/regional markets established the first mental health commission in SA and I delivered on time and on budget the $15M Veterans Mental health care precinct. I have completed the AICD company directors course and undertake monthly ongoing CPD activities. I am approved advisor with the Advisory Board Centre.
