Phillip Cook

I have enjoyed 14 years experience at Board & Executive Director level across the public and commercial sectors with particular experience in the infrastructure industry – including water, sewer, stormwater, electricity, fibre optic communications, and gas industries. In an executive capacity I am the Director of United Focus Advisory where I provide board and operational level strategic and financial advice to organisations in the infrastructure industry. Prior to this I was a founding Shareholder, Director and CFO of ITS Pipetech. With a first year turnover of approx. $3mill in 2005, ITS had an annual turnover exceeding $48M when sold in 2017 to Downer. My time at ITS saw productive collaboration with the Board to ensure the development and implementation of the strategic and operational business plans. As the GM and Director of CLM Excavations I collaborated with the owner of CLM to oversee business growth from approx $8M per annum turnover in 1991 to over $85M when the business was sold to Jemena at the end of 2008. In this role I was also a key member of the Network Alliance which successfully secured the Water Main Renewal Program Alliance with Sydney Water, generating yearly turnovers of $42M in the first year to over $120M.
