I am a Non Executive Director, Company Secretary and Head of Commercial Operations with over thirteen years of board level experience across the commercial sector with particular experience in the finance, accounting, corporate services, urban planning and resources industries across ASX & TSX listed companies. At board level a highlight includes being a Non Executive Director for Dempsey Minerals Limited responsible for strategic governance and operational planning. In an executive capacity I am the Company Secretary and Head of Commercial with Veris Limited, where I manage legal and compliance functions and provide strategic expertise to the Board. Here I also managed nine acquisitions over three years and oversaw $22M in capital raising. Earlier I was the Director and Owner of Blue Horse Corporate and Sila Consulting. Here I provided corporate, company secretarial, accounting, financial reporting and, board services for listed and non-listed entities, including acting as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for a number of ASX and TSX listed companies and contributed to the CDN$22million capital raising for Bannerman Resources through liaison with various stakeholders and corporate advisors in North America and Australia. Finally, I have a Bachelor Business and I am a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
