I am a Non-Executive Director, Chair, Advisory and Investor with over 15 years of board level experience with particular experience in the technology, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing & supply chain, medical devices and professional services industries. At board level, highlights include: Chair of Thred Ltd and E-business Systems Ltd where I provided expert advice to support strategic growth, business expansion and capital raisings. I also have in-depth Board and Director experience with Zap Technologies Ltd, Nanosonics Ltd, Electrometals Technologies Ltd, Peak 3 P/L, PAG Digital P/L, Mediplan Holdings P/L, ANZPAC P/L and Patriot Medical P/L contributing to company growth and investment events. With a 20-year track-record of leading innovation and growth I can evidence delivering fiscal, strategic and operational leadership in uniquely demanding roles. More recently I was Chair and Managing Director of Thred Ltd, leading the publicly listed technology start-up and providing strategic direction. Prior to this I was the Chief Executive Officer for PAG Digital where I established the start-up of an innovative, leading-edge media and marketing tech organisation. As Managing Director of Nanosonics, I established the Company, raised over $40m in investment funding and drove an IPO on the ASX at $65m EV, which now sits at $850m. Finally, as the Chief operating Officer of HCoA I led the operations of 38 private hospitals, delivering over 28% EDIT growth over a three-year period. I have a BE (Mech) and have undertaken financial, strategy and marketing courses in the past to augment my skills.
